Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt 🥛
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber 🥒, grated
  • 1/4 cup Onion 🧅, finely chopped
  • 1 Green chili 🌶️, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • Fresh coriander leaves 🌿, chopped

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber 🥒 and squeeze out excess water.
  • In a bowl, whisk the yogurt 🥛 until smooth.
  • Add grated cucumber 🥒, chopped onion 🧅, and green chili 🌶️ (if using) to the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and salt 🧂 to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves 🌿.
  • Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! 🎉
