Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt 🥛
- 1/2 cup Cucumber 🥒, grated
- 1/4 cup Onion 🧅, finely chopped
- 1 Green chili 🌶️, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste 🧂
- Fresh coriander leaves 🌿, chopped
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber 🥒 and squeeze out excess water.
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt 🥛 until smooth.
- Add grated cucumber 🥒, chopped onion 🧅, and green chili 🌶️ (if using) to the yogurt.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and salt 🧂 to taste.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves 🌿.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! 🎉
