Welcome to Ordo ("Ordo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ordo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Ordo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Ordo is a personal content organization tool that allows users to:

  • Save and organize links and media references (such as content or posts) shared from third-party applications
  • Categorize and organize saved items into collections
  • View extracted metadata (such as location or category information) associated with shared content
  • Access saved content for personal reference and discovery

Ordo does not host, own, reproduce, or redistribute third-party content. All third-party content remains subject to the terms and ownership of the original platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Ordo.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to use the Service
  • You are not prohibited from using similar services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

By using Ordo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process User Content solely for:

We do not sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit your User Content.

4.2 Third-Party Content

Ordo enables users to save references to content originating from third-party platforms.

  • Ordo does not download, store, or re-host copyrighted media
  • Ordo acts only as an organizational interface
  • Any interaction with third-party content is governed by the terms of the originating platform

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ordo for unlawful purposes
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Interfere with system integrity or security
  • Use Ordo to mass-collect or commercially exploit third-party content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Background Processing and Reliability

Ordo may use:

  • Background processing
  • Automated retries
  • Caching mechanisms
  • Scheduled jobs

These systems are designed to improve reliability, but we do not guarantee that:

  • All content will be processed instantly
  • Metadata extraction will always succeed
  • Data will always be available without interruption

Ordo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Third-Party Services and APIs

Ordo integrates with third-party services (e.g., location and metadata providers).

We are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of third-party data
  • Availability or downtime of third-party services
  • Changes in third-party policies or APIs
