Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt 🥛
  • 1/2 cup Carrot (grated) 🥕
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder 🥄
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder (optional)🌶️
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)🌿
  • Salt to taste 🧂

Instructions

  • Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth.🥣
  • Add grated carrot, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder (if using), coriander leaves, and salt.🥕🌶️🌿🧂
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients.🥄
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. ❄️
  • Serve chilled as a side dish. 🍽️
