Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt (dahi) 🥛
  • 1/2 cup Boondi (soaked in warm water for 5 mins) 💧
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder (jeera powder) 🥄
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder (lal mirch powder)🌶️
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt (kala namak) 🧂
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)🌿
  • Salt to taste 🧂

Instructions

  • Soak boondi in warm water for 5 minutes. 💧
  • Gently squeeze out the water from the boondi. 💧
  • In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. 🥣
  • Add soaked boondi, cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, and salt to the yogurt. 🥄🌶️🧂
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined. 🔄
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 🌿
  • Serve chilled. ❄️
