Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt (dahi) 🥛
- 1/2 cup Boondi (soaked in warm water for 5 mins) 💧
- 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder (jeera powder) 🥄
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder (lal mirch powder)🌶️
- 1/4 tsp Black salt (kala namak) 🧂
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)🌿
- Salt to taste 🧂
Instructions
- Soak boondi in warm water for 5 minutes. 💧
- Gently squeeze out the water from the boondi. 💧
- In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. 🥣
- Add soaked boondi, cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, and salt to the yogurt. 🥄🌶️🧂
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined. 🔄
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 🌿
- Serve chilled. ❄️
