Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt (dahi) 🥛
- 1/2 cup Beetroot, grated 🍠
- 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder 🥄
- 1/4 tsp Black salt (kala namak) 🧂
- 1 Green chili, finely chopped (optional) 🌶️
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 🌿
- Salt to taste 🧂
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. 🥣
- Add the grated beetroot, roasted cumin powder, black salt, green chili (if using), and salt. Mix well. 🥄
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 🌿
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. ❄️
- Serve chilled with Indian meals. 🍽️
