Ingredients
- 🥩 Veal chop – 1 thick cut
- 🌿 Fresh rosemary – 1 sprig
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 for juice
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🧂 Season veal chop with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 🥩 Sear veal chop on both sides until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness.
- 🌿 Add rosemary sprig and lemon juice during the last few minutes of cooking.
- ✨ Rest the veal chop for a few minutes before serving.
