Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef steak – 2 (8oz)
- 🌿 Fresh rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍷 Red wine – 1/4 cup
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 medium, sliced
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
- 🍃 Fresh basil – for garnish
- 🫒 Olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 🥩 Season beef steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
