Ingredients

  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
  • 🍃 Fresh basil – for garnish
  • 🫒 Olive oil
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🥩 Season beef steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
