Instructions

  • 🔥 Simmer tripe with onion, carrot, and celery until tender.
  • 🔪 Slice the cooked tripe into strips.
  • 🍅 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, then add tomato paste.
  • 🥘 Add sliced tripe to the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 🥖 Serve on bread rolls, garnished with parsley and sauce.
