Ingredients

- 🌿 Celery – 1 stalk, chopped

- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🥖 Bread rolls – for serving
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Simmer tripe with onion, carrot, and celery until tender.
- 🔪 Slice the cooked tripe into strips.
- 🍅 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, then add tomato paste.
- 🥘 Add sliced tripe to the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🥖 Serve on bread rolls, garnished with parsley and sauce.
