Ingredients
- 🍜 Udon noodles – 2 packs (fresh or frozen)
- 🥩 Ground pork – 150g
- 🥬 Bok choy – 2 stalks chopped
- 🥢 Sesame paste – 2 tbsp (tahini works)
- 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tbsp (rayu)
- 🧄 Garlic & Ginger – 1 tsp each minced
- 🍲 Chicken or vegetable broth – 2 cups
- 🧂 Soy sauce & sugar – 1 tbsp each
Instructions
- 🍳 Brown the ground pork in a pan with garlic and ginger until fully cooked.
- 🥣 Whisk the broth, sesame paste, soy sauce, and sugar in a small pot and bring to a light simmer.
- 💧 Boil the udon noodles according to package instructions and blanch the bok choy briefly.
- 🥘 Assemble by placing noodles in bowls, pouring the hot sesame broth over, and topping with the cooked pork and bok choy.
- ✨ Drizzle with chili oil and serve immediately while hot.
