Ingredients

  • 🍜 Udon noodles – 2 packs (fresh or frozen)
  • 🥩 Ground pork – 150g
  • 🥬 Bok choy – 2 stalks chopped
  • 🥢 Sesame paste – 2 tbsp (tahini works)
  • 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tbsp (rayu)
  • 🧄 Garlic & Ginger – 1 tsp each minced
  • 🍲 Chicken or vegetable broth – 2 cups
  • 🧂 Soy sauce & sugar – 1 tbsp each

Instructions

  • 🍳 Brown the ground pork in a pan with garlic and ginger until fully cooked.
  • 🥣 Whisk the broth, sesame paste, soy sauce, and sugar in a small pot and bring to a light simmer.
  • 💧 Boil the udon noodles according to package instructions and blanch the bok choy briefly.
  • 🥘 Assemble by placing noodles in bowls, pouring the hot sesame broth over, and topping with the cooked pork and bok choy.
  • ✨ Drizzle with chili oil and serve immediately while hot.
