Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🍳 Pan-sear the salmon fillet until cooked through, then flake into bite-sized pieces.
  • 🍚 Place a scoop of warm steamed rice into a deep serving bowl.
  • 🐟 Arrange the flaked salmon on top of the rice.
  • 🍵 Pour the hot green tea or dashi stock over the salmon and rice until partially submerged.
  • ✨ Top with nori, sesame seeds, and a dash of soy sauce, then serve immediately.
