Ingredients

  • 🐟 Sushi-grade salmon – 100g thinly sliced
  • 🍣 Sushi-grade tuna – 100g thinly sliced
  • 🦑 Sushi-grade squid or scallop – 50g sliced
  • 🌿 Shiso leaves – 2-3 leaves for garnish
  • 🫚 Ginger – pickled for serving
  • 🧪 Wasabi – small dollop
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for dipping

Instructions

  • 🔪 Use a very sharp knife to slice fish against the grain into uniform 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  • 🧊 Keep the fish chilled in the refrigerator until the very last second to maintain texture.
  • 🍱 Arrange the slices neatly on a chilled plate, alternating colors for a beautiful presentation.
  • 🍃 Tuck shiso leaves and pickled ginger between the pieces for freshness and decoration.
  • 🥢 Serve immediately with soy sauce and a small amount of wasabi on the side.
