Ingredients
- 🐟 Sushi-grade salmon – 100g thinly sliced

- 🦑 Sushi-grade squid or scallop – 50g sliced
- 🌿 Shiso leaves – 2-3 leaves for garnish
- 🫚 Ginger – pickled for serving
- 🧪 Wasabi – small dollop
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for dipping
Instructions
- 🔪 Use a very sharp knife to slice fish against the grain into uniform 1/4 inch thick pieces.
- 🧊 Keep the fish chilled in the refrigerator until the very last second to maintain texture.
- 🍱 Arrange the slices neatly on a chilled plate, alternating colors for a beautiful presentation.
- 🍃 Tuck shiso leaves and pickled ginger between the pieces for freshness and decoration.
- 🥢 Serve immediately with soy sauce and a small amount of wasabi on the side.
