Ingredients
- 🍣 Sushi-grade tuna – 100g cut into strips
- 🍚 Sushi rice – 1 cup cooked and seasoned
- 🍃 Nori sheets – 2 pieces
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly julienned
- 🥣 Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍚 Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and let it cool to room temperature.
- 🌿 Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo rolling mat.
- 🍙 Spread a thin, even layer of rice over the nori, leaving an inch at the top edge.
- 🐟 Lay tuna strips and cucumber across the center of the rice horizontally.
- 🍱 Roll the mat tightly to form a cylinder, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
