Ingredients

  • 🍣 Sushi-grade tuna – 100g cut into strips
  • 🍚 Sushi rice – 1 cup cooked and seasoned
  • 🍃 Nori sheets – 2 pieces
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly julienned
  • 🥣 Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍚 Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and let it cool to room temperature.
  • 🌿 Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo rolling mat.
  • 🍙 Spread a thin, even layer of rice over the nori, leaving an inch at the top edge.
  • 🐟 Lay tuna strips and cucumber across the center of the rice horizontally.
  • 🍱 Roll the mat tightly to form a cylinder, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
