Ingredients

  • 🌾 Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup
  • 🍋 Citric acid/lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 finely chopped
  • 🌱 Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix besan, citric acid, chilies, and water to form a batter.
  • ⏲️ Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes.
  • 💨 Add eno just before steaming and mix gently.
  • ♨️ Steam the batter in a greased pan for 15-20 minutes.
  • 🔪 Cut into squares, garnish with coriander, and serve.
