Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 🌿 Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) – 1 cup finely chopped
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1/4 cup
- 🌶️ Ginger-garlic-chili paste – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Turmeric, chili powder, and salt – to taste
- 🌻 Oil or Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, spices, chopped methi leaves, yogurt, and a little oil in a bowl.
- 💧 Gradually add water to knead into a soft, smooth dough.
- 🫓 Divide into small balls and roll each into thin, circular discs.
- 🔥 Heat a skillet and cook the flatbread on both sides using a little oil or ghee until golden brown spots appear.
- ✨ Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt, pickle, or masala chai.
