Ingredients

  • 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  • 🌿 Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) – 1 cup finely chopped
  • 🥣 Yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • 🌶️ Ginger-garlic-chili paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Turmeric, chili powder, and salt – to taste
  • 🌻 Oil or Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix flour, spices, chopped methi leaves, yogurt, and a little oil in a bowl.
  • 💧 Gradually add water to knead into a soft, smooth dough.
  • 🫓 Divide into small balls and roll each into thin, circular discs.
  • 🔥 Heat a skillet and cook the flatbread on both sides using a little oil or ghee until golden brown spots appear.
  • ✨ Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt, pickle, or masala chai.
