Instructions

🥣 Prepare batter: Mix maida, besan, yogurt, turmeric, and water until smooth.
♨️ Ferment: Let the batter rest for 1-2 hours in a warm place.
🍯 Make sugar syrup: Boil sugar and water with lemon juice and saffron until slightly thick.
🔥 Fry jalebis: Heat ghee/oil, pipe batter into spiral shapes, and fry until golden and crispy.
🍯 Soak in syrup: Dip fried jalebis in warm sugar syrup for a few minutes, then serve warm. ✨
