Ingredients

  • 🥩 Wagyu beef – thinly sliced
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – sliced
  • 🌱 Tofu – firm, cubed
  • 🥢 Shirataki noodles
  • 🥚 Eggs – for dipping
  • 🍶 Soy sauce
  • 砂糖 Sugar
  • みりん Mirin
  • 🍶 Sake

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare the sukiyaki sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and sake.
  • 🍳 Heat a skillet or sukiyaki pan and lightly grease it.
  • 🥩 Add Wagyu beef and cook until browned, then add onions, cabbage, mushrooms, tofu and noodles.
  • 🍶 Pour the sukiyaki sauce over the ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • 🥚 Dip the cooked ingredients in raw egg before eating.
