Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu beef – thinly sliced
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – sliced
- 🌱 Tofu – firm, cubed
- 🥢 Shirataki noodles
- 🥚 Eggs – for dipping
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- 砂糖 Sugar
- みりん Mirin
- 🍶 Sake
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare the sukiyaki sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and sake.
- 🍳 Heat a skillet or sukiyaki pan and lightly grease it.
- 🥩 Add Wagyu beef and cook until browned, then add onions, cabbage, mushrooms, tofu and noodles.
- 🍶 Pour the sukiyaki sauce over the ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- 🥚 Dip the cooked ingredients in raw egg before eating.
