Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – sushi rice preferred
- 🍣 Salmon fillet – cooked and flaked
- 🧂 Salted salmon roe – ikura
- 🍙 Nori seaweed – for wrapping
- 💧 Water – for wetting hands
Instructions
- 🥣 Gently mix flaked salmon into the cooked rice.
- 💧 Wet your hands to prevent sticking and grab a handful of the salmon rice mixture.
- 🍙 Shape the rice into triangles or balls to form onigiri.
- 🌱 Wrap a strip of nori seaweed around the base of each onigiri.
- ✨ Top with salted salmon roe (ikura) and serve immediately.
