Ingredients

  • 🥣 Heavy cream – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Egg yolks – 6 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup + extra for topping
  • 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • 🥐 Puff pastry – 1 sheet, thawed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place puff pastry in tart shells.
  • 🥣 Whisk together cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • 🥧 Pour custard mixture into the puff pastry lined tart shells.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  • ❄️ Let cool completely. Sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a torch until golden brown.
