Ingredients
- 🌱 Vegetarian sausages – 6, finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1, finely chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, grated
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
- 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten (or milk for vegan)
- 🫓 Puff pastry – 1 sheet
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🧅 Sauté onion and carrots until softened.
- 🌱 Mix chopped sausages, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, and herbs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- 🫓 Roll out puff pastry and cut into desired sizes. Place filling on one side, brush edges with egg (or milk), and fold over. Seal edges.
- 🥚 Brush the top of the rolls with egg (or milk) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy! ✨
