Ingredients
- 🥩 Steak – diced
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🥔 Potatoes – peeled and diced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🥣 Beef broth – 2 cups
- 🫓 Puff pastry – 1 sheet
- 🥚 Egg – for egg wash
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🥘 Sauté steak, onion, potatoes, and mushrooms in a pan.
- 🥣 Add beef broth and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 🥧 Pour mixture into a baking dish and cover with puff pastry.
- 🥚 Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
