- 🍥 Fish cakes – optional
Instructions
- 🍲 Prepare anchovy broth (optional).
- 🌶️ In a pan, mix gochujang, gochugaru, and broth.
- 🍚 Add rice cakes, onion, and cabbage.
- 🔥 Simmer until the sauce thickens and rice cakes are soft.
