Ingredients

  • 🍚 Tteok (rice cakes) – 500g
  • 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Gochugaru (Korean chili powder) – 1 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🐟 Dried anchovies – for broth (optional)
  • 🥚 Hard-boiled eggs – optional
  • 🍥 Fish cakes – optional

Instructions

  • 🍲 Prepare anchovy broth (optional).
  • 🌶️ In a pan, mix gochujang, gochugaru, and broth.
  • 🍚 Add rice cakes, onion, and cabbage.
  • 🔥 Simmer until the sauce thickens and rice cakes are soft.
  • 🥚 Garnish with eggs and fish cakes (optional). Serve hot! ✨
