Ingredients
- 🥩 Pork Loin – 2 thick slices, pounded thin
- 🧂 Salt & Black Pepper – for seasoning
- 🌾 All-purpose Flour – ½ cup for dredging
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large, beaten
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup (Panko or traditional)
- 🌻 Vegetable Oil – for shallow frying
Instructions
- 🔨 Pound the pork slices with a meat mallet until they are even in thickness.
- 🧂 Season both sides of the meat generously with salt and black pepper.
- 🥣 Coat each slice in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then press firmly into breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍽️ Drain on paper towels and serve warm with a side of lemon wedges or gravy.
