Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling Wrappers – 30-40 pieces
- 🥩 Ground Pork – 1 lb
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1/2 head, finely chopped
- 🧅 Green Onions – 4, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl. Mix well.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold and pleat to seal.
- ♨️ Steam dumplings for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
