Ingredients

  • 🥩 Chadol Baegi (thinly sliced beef)
  • 🥕 Assorted vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • 🍄 Mushrooms (shiitake, oyster)
  • 🥚 Eggs (thinly sliced omelet)
  • 🌾 Crepe batter (for making small pancakes)
  • 🌶️ Gochujang sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare all vegetables, mushrooms, and eggs by slicing them thinly.
  • 🥞 Make small crepes using the crepe batter on a lightly oiled pan.
  • 🔥 Grill the Chadol Baegi (beef) quickly over high heat until slightly charred.
  • 🌈 Arrange all ingredients (beef, vegetables, mushrooms, eggs, and crepes) on a Gujeolpan platter.
  • 🌶️ Serve with Gochujang sauce for dipping and enjoy!
