Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
- 🌰 Almonds – 1/4 cup
- 🌱 Fennel Seeds – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cardamom – 4-5 pods
- ⚪ White Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- 🌼 Saffron – a few strands
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
Instructions
- 🌰 Soak almonds and other spices in warm milk for a few hours.
- 🍹 Grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste.
- 🥛 Mix the paste with milk and add sugar to taste.
- 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- ✨ Garnish with saffron strands and chopped nuts before serving.
