Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
  • 🌰 Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • 🌱 Fennel Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cardamom – 4-5 pods
  • ⚪ White Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌼 Saffron – a few strands
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste

Instructions

  • 🌰 Soak almonds and other spices in warm milk for a few hours.
  • 🍹 Grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste.
  • 🥛 Mix the paste with milk and add sugar to taste.
  • 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
  • ✨ Garnish with saffron strands and chopped nuts before serving.
