Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
  • 🥛 Cream – 1 cup
  • 🧀 Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥜 Cashews – 1/4 cup, soaked
  • 🍶 Yogurt – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🌰 Grind cashews into a smooth paste.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  • 🥛 Add cashew paste, cream, and crumbled paneer. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.🍚
