Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🥛 Cream – 1 cup
- 🧀 Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 1/2 cup, crumbled
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥜 Cashews – 1/4 cup, soaked
- 🍶 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
- 🌰 Grind cashews into a smooth paste.
- 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- 🥛 Add cashew paste, cream, and crumbled paneer. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.🍚
