Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – cubed
- 🌿 Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🫙 Cooking Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and lightly fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until translucent, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🌿 Add chopped methi leaves and cook until they wilt.
- 🧀 Add the fried paneer, cream, and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice. ✨
