Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – cubed
  • 🌿 Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🫙 Cooking Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and lightly fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until translucent, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • 🌿 Add chopped methi leaves and cook until they wilt.
  • 🧀 Add the fried paneer, cream, and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice. ✨
