Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – sliced
  • 🇮🇳 Bombay masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes and bell pepper; cook for 10 minutes.
  • 🇮🇳 Stir in Bombay masala and a little water.
  • 🥘 Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
