Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – sliced
- 🇮🇳 Bombay masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🥔 Add potatoes and bell pepper; cook for 10 minutes.
- 🇮🇳 Stir in Bombay masala and a little water.
- 🥘 Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
