Ingredients
- 🐟 Branzino – 2 whole fish
- 🍋 Lemon – sliced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Ginger – thinly sliced
Instructions
- 🐟 Prepare the branzino by scaling and gutting it.
- 🌿 Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, fresh herbs, garlic, and ginger.
- ♨️ Place the branzino on a heat-proof plate and steam for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🍶 Drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with more fresh herbs.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately while hot.
