Ingredients

  • 🐟 Branzino – 2 whole fish
  • 🍋 Lemon – sliced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Ginger – thinly sliced

Instructions

  • 🐟 Prepare the branzino by scaling and gutting it.
  • 🌿 Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, fresh herbs, garlic, and ginger.
  • ♨️ Place the branzino on a heat-proof plate and steam for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🍶 Drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with more fresh herbs.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately while hot.
