Ingredients

  • 🦀 Crab meat – 1 lb, fresh or frozen
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🥄 Curry powder – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, curry powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes soften.
  • 🦀 Add crab meat and coconut milk; simmer until the curry thickens.
  • 🌿 Stir in curry leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot with rice. 🍚
