Ingredients
- 🦀 Crab meat – 1 lb, fresh or frozen
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🥄 Curry powder – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, curry powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes soften.
- 🦀 Add crab meat and coconut milk; simmer until the curry thickens.
- 🌿 Stir in curry leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot with rice. 🍚
