Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 250g peeled and deveined
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large, whisked
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup whole milk
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Scallions – 1 stalk sliced
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & white pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk eggs, milk, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.
- 🍳 Sauté prawns and garlic in a pan until prawns turn pink.
- 🥘 Pour the egg mixture over the prawns in the pan on low heat.
- 🥄 Gently stir or cover with a lid to steam until the custard is soft and just set.
- ✨ Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm over rice or bread.
