Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 250g peeled and deveined
  • 🥚 Eggs – 3 large, whisked
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Scallions – 1 stalk sliced
  • 🧂 Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt & white pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk eggs, milk, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.
  • 🍳 Sauté prawns and garlic in a pan until prawns turn pink.
  • 🥘 Pour the egg mixture over the prawns in the pan on low heat.
  • 🥄 Gently stir or cover with a lid to steam until the custard is soft and just set.
  • ✨ Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm over rice or bread.
