Ingredients
- 🌶️ Habanero peppers – 2-3 finely minced
- 🍗 Chicken breast or tofu – 1lb cubed
- 🧅 Red onion – 1 chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves minced
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- 🌶️ Carefully add minced habanero peppers and cook for 1 minute.
- 🍗 Add your protein and sear until browned on all sides.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato paste and a splash of water to create a thick, spicy sauce.
- 🥘 Simmer until the protein is cooked through and serve over rice or pasta.
