Ingredients
- 🍖 Lamb shanks – 2 pieces
- 🥕 Carrots – 2 large chopped

- 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🍲 Beef broth – 2 cups
Instructions
- 🔥 Season the lamb and sear in a hot pan until browned on all sides.
- 🧅 Sauté the onions, carrots, and garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
- 🍷 Pour in the red wine and broth, then add the rosemary sprigs.
- 🥘 Cover and braise in a low oven (325°F/160°C) for 2 to 2.5 hours until tender.
