Ingredients
- chickpeas 🫘 – 1 can, rinsed and drained
- tahini 🥄 – 1/4 cup
- lemon juice 🍋 – 2 tbsp
- garlic 🧄 – 1 clove, minced
- olive oil 🫒 – 2 tbsp
- gunpowder spice (podi) 🌶️ – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and oil in a food processor.
- 🌪️ Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
- 🧂 Adjust salt to taste and add a splash of water if it is too thick.
- ✨ Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.
- 🍛 Generously sprinkle the gunpowder spice on top before serving with bread or veggies.
