Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – 250g cubed
  • 🫑 Bell Peppers – 1 large, diced into chunks
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, half finely chopped and half in petals
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 large, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Kadai Masala – 2 tbsp (crushed coriander seeds and dried red chilies)
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – small bunch chopped
  • 🧈 Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a kadai (wok) and sauté the onion petals and bell peppers until slightly charred but crunchy.
  • 🧅 Add finely chopped onions to the same pan and sauté until golden brown, then stir in ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🍅 Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate from the masala base.
  • 🥘 Mix in the kadai masala and salt, then add the paneer cubes and sautéed vegetables.
  • ✨ Toss everything gently for 5 minutes on medium heat, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot with naan.
