Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – 250g cubed
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large (one finely chopped, one cut into petals)
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥛 Thick Yogurt – 2 tbsp whisked
- 🌿 Spices – 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2 slit lengthwise
- 🍃 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and lightly sauté the onion petals and paneer cubes until golden, then set aside.
- 🧅 In the same pan, sauté cumin seeds and finely chopped onions until they turn translucent and soft.
- 🍅 Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree, cooking until the oil begins to separate from the masala.
- 🧂 Lower the heat, whisk in the yogurt and dry spices, then simmer for a few minutes until thick.
- ✨ Fold in the sautéed paneer and onion petals, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot with naan.
