Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – 200g, cut into cubes
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 large, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder & Turmeric – 1 tsp each
  • 🧈 Butter or Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until they turn golden brown.
  • 🧄 Stir in ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree, cooking until the oil separates.
  • 🧂 Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt, mixing well into a thick masala base.
  • 🧀 Gently fold in the paneer cubes and a splash of water, simmering for 5 minutes.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
