Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving
- 🍜 Noodles – boiled
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🫑 Capsicum – sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – chopped
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté.
- 🧅 Add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden.
- 🥕 Add capsicum, carrots, and cabbage; stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🍜 Add boiled noodles and rice, then soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and red chili powder; mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
