Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving
  • 🍜 Noodles – boiled
  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🫑 Capsicum – sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – chopped
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté.
  • 🧅 Add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden.
  • 🥕 Add capsicum, carrots, and cabbage; stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • 🍜 Add boiled noodles and rice, then soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and red chili powder; mix well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
