- 🫙 Soy Sauce – for dipping
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the filling by mixing ground meat, onions, garlic, ginger, cabbage, chilies (if using), and salt.
- 🥟 Roll out small circles from the momo dough and fill each with a spoonful of the meat mixture.
- ✨ Pleat and seal the edges to form the momo shape.
