Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🫙 Soy Sauce – for dipping

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare the filling by mixing ground meat, onions, garlic, ginger, cabbage, chilies (if using), and salt.
  • 🥟 Roll out small circles from the momo dough and fill each with a spoonful of the meat mixture.
  • ✨ Pleat and seal the edges to form the momo shape.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🍶 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
