Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Goan Masala Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🐟 Fish or Seafood – 500g
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and Goan masala paste; cook until fragrant.
  • 🐟 Add fish or seafood and coconut milk; simmer gently.
  • 🥘 Cook until fish is tender and sauce has thickened.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice.
