- 🌶️ Goan Masala Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🐟 Fish or Seafood – 500g
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and Goan masala paste; cook until fragrant.
- 🐟 Add fish or seafood and coconut milk; simmer gently.
- 🥘 Cook until fish is tender and sauce has thickened.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice.
