Ingredients

Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, salt, and ajwain, then gradually add water to knead into a soft, smooth dough.
- ⏳ Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes to ensure easy rolling.
- ➰ Divide dough into balls, roll into thin circles, spread a layer of ghee, fold into pleats, and roll again into a spiral disc.
- 🍳 Heat a tawa or pan and cook the parantha on medium heat, brushing with ghee on both sides.
- ✨ Press down gently while cooking until the layers separate and the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
