Ingredients
- 🥩 Lamb mince – 500g finely ground
- 🧅 Raw papaya paste – 2 tbsp (for tenderizing)
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Garam masala – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp for brushing
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – finely chopped
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix the lamb mince with papaya paste, ginger-garlic paste, and spices in a large bowl.
- ⏳ Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the meat to tenderize.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture into long, thin cylinders around skewers, keeping them very delicate.
- 🔥 Grill the kebabs over medium heat, rotating carefully and basting with ghee until browned.
- ✨ Remove from heat gently and serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
