Ingredients

  • 🥩 Lamb mince – 500g finely ground
  • 🧅 Raw papaya paste – 2 tbsp (for tenderizing)
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp for brushing
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – finely chopped

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix the lamb mince with papaya paste, ginger-garlic paste, and spices in a large bowl.
  • ⏳ Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the meat to tenderize.
  • 🍢 Shape the mixture into long, thin cylinders around skewers, keeping them very delicate.
  • 🔥 Grill the kebabs over medium heat, rotating carefully and basting with ghee until browned.
  • ✨ Remove from heat gently and serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
