Ingredients
- ๐ค Black Lentils (Urad Dal) โ 1 cup
- ๐งก Kidney Beans (Rajma) โ 1/4 cup
- ๐ง Onion โ finely chopped
- ๐ Tomatoes โ pureed
- ๐ง Ginger-Garlic Paste โ 2 tbsp
- ๐ง Butter โ 2 tbsp
- ๐ฅ Cream โ 2 tbsp
- ๐ถ๏ธ Red Chili Powder โ 1 tsp
- ๐ฟ Coriander Powder โ 1 tsp
Instructions
- ๐ฅฃ Soak lentils and kidney beans overnight.
- ๐ฒ Pressure cook lentils and beans until soft.
- ๐ฅ Sautรฉ onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
- ๐ถ๏ธ Add spices and cooked lentils and beans.
- ๐ฅ Simmer with cream and butter. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
