Ingredients

  • 🖤 Black Lentils (Urad Dal) – 1 cup
  • 🧡 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – 1/4 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Soak lentils and kidney beans overnight.
  • 🍲 Pressure cook lentils and beans until soft.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
  • 🌶️ Add spices and cooked lentils and beans.
  • 🥘 Simmer with cream and butter. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
