Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿงก Kidney Beans (Rajma) โ€“ 1/4 cup

  • ๐Ÿ… Tomatoes โ€“ pureed
  • ๐Ÿง„ Ginger-Garlic Paste โ€“ 2 tbsp
  • ๐Ÿงˆ Butter โ€“ 2 tbsp
  • ๐Ÿฅ› Cream โ€“ 2 tbsp
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Red Chili Powder โ€“ 1 tsp
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Coriander Powder โ€“ 1 tsp

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿฅฃ Soak lentils and kidney beans overnight.
  • ๐Ÿฒ Pressure cook lentils and beans until soft.
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Sautรฉ onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Add spices and cooked lentils and beans.
  • ๐Ÿฅ˜ Simmer with cream and butter. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
