Ingredients
- 🖤 Black Lentils (Urad Dal) – 1 cup
- 🧡 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – 1/4 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak lentils and kidney beans overnight.
- 🍲 Pressure cook lentils and beans until soft.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
- 🌶️ Add spices and cooked lentils and beans.
- 🥘 Simmer with cream and butter. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
