- 🧅 Browned onion paste – 3 tbsp
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- ✨ Galouti spice mix – 2 tsp (clove, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg)
- 🧈 Ghee – 3 tbsp for shallow frying
- 🌿 Fresh mint and coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate the minced meat with papaya paste and spices, letting it rest for at least 1 hour to ensure a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
- 🤲 Shape the mixture into small, thin, round patties with gentle hands.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a flat non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
- 🍳 Shallow fry the kababs carefully for 3-4 minutes per side until they turn a deep golden brown.
- 🍽️ Serve warm with mint chutney and lemon wedges for an authentic experience.
