Ingredients

  • 🍞 Shokupan Bread – 4 slices
  • 🥩 Wagyu Beef – thinly sliced
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🍶 Tonkatsu Sauce – for drizzling
  • 💛 Japanese Mayo – to taste
  • 🧈 Butter – for grilling

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare the wagyu beef by slicing it thinly.
  • 🥬 Lightly dress the shredded cabbage with Japanese mayo.
  • 🍞 Butter the outside of each slice of shokupan bread.
  • 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the wagyu to your preferred doneness.
  • 🥪 Assemble the sandwich: bread, tonkatsu sauce, cabbage, wagyu, and more sauce, then top with another slice of bread. Slice and serve immediately.
