Ingredients
- 🍞 Shokupan Bread – 4 slices
- 🥩 Wagyu Beef – thinly sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🍶 Tonkatsu Sauce – for drizzling
- 💛 Japanese Mayo – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – for grilling
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the wagyu beef by slicing it thinly.
- 🥬 Lightly dress the shredded cabbage with Japanese mayo.
- 🍞 Butter the outside of each slice of shokupan bread.
- 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the wagyu to your preferred doneness.
- 🥪 Assemble the sandwich: bread, tonkatsu sauce, cabbage, wagyu, and more sauce, then top with another slice of bread. Slice and serve immediately.
