Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🌾 Flour – 1 cup
- 🧈 Melted Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Baking Powder – 2 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 🥚 In another bowl, whisk egg and milk; then add melted butter.
- 🥛 Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until just combined (don't overmix).
- 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- 🥞 Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
