Ingredients

  • 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Baking Powder – 2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • 🥚 In another bowl, whisk egg and milk; then add melted butter.
  • 🥛 Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until just combined (don't overmix).
  • 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • 🥞 Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
