Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – thick wheat noodles

  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Ginger – minced
  • 🍵 Broth – chicken or vegetable

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in a large pot.
  • 🍗 Add meat and cook until browned.
  • 🥕 Add vegetables and stir-fry briefly.
  • 🍵 Pour in broth and bring to a boil, then simmer.
  • 🍜 Add noodles and cook until tender. Serve hot.
