Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – thick wheat noodles
- 🍗 Chicken or 🥩 Beef – thinly sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Ginger – minced
- 🍵 Broth – chicken or vegetable
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in a large pot.
- 🍗 Add meat and cook until browned.
- 🥕 Add vegetables and stir-fry briefly.
- 🍵 Pour in broth and bring to a boil, then simmer.
- 🍜 Add noodles and cook until tender. Serve hot.
