Ingredients

  • 🐟 Trout fillets – 2 pieces
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 sliced into rounds
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tablespoons melted
  • 🌿 Parsley – 1 tablespoon fresh chopped
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧼 Pat the trout fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it starts to foam.
  • 🐟 Place fillets in the pan skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  • 🍋 Flip the fish gently, add lemon slices to the pan, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until flaky.
  • ✨ Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.
