Ingredients
- 🦆 Duck – shredded or diced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – diced
- Celery – diced
- 🍅 Tomato Paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🍷 Red Wine – 1 cup
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs – rosemary, thyme
- 🍝 Pasta – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Brown duck in a large pot.
- 🧅 Add onions, carrots, and celery and cook until softened.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato paste and cook for a minute.
- 🍷 Deglaze with red wine, scraping up any browned bits.
- 🌿 Add herbs and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the duck is very tender.
- 🍝 Serve over pasta.
