Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 can, drained
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
- 💧 Tahini – 1/4 cup
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Paprika – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
- ⚙️ Process until smooth, adding olive oil while processing.
- 💧 Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- 🥣 Transfer to a serving dish.
- ✨ Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
