Ingredients

  • 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 can, drained
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
  • 💧 Tahini – 1/4 cup
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Paprika – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
  • ⚙️ Process until smooth, adding olive oil while processing.
  • 💧 Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  • 🥣 Transfer to a serving dish.
  • ✨ Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
